Job Description Posted Friday, December 19, 2025 at 5:00 AMPurpose The Manager, Content Marketing will work collaboratively with the Director, Marketing & Communications to produce externally facing content and newsletters. The content specialist will collaborate with subject matter experts, market managers and external vendors to develop a communication calendar and pipeline of content for blog posts, webinars, video, infographics and other externally facing thought leadership that supports stated business goals.This role reports to the Director, Marketing and Communications and will support resale, distribution and business development business units across multiple Ravago channels.Areas of Responsibility / TasksArea of Focus (In order of percentage of time spent on activity, importance and/or priority)Leverage internal and external resources to research and develop thought leadership contentDevelop and maintain content calendar, project schedules and resourcesProvide regular reporting on content, emails, and bulletinsOversee the distribution of MH Weekly Update, external newsletters and market-focused contentResource and manage external vendors in support of content creationManage project scope and budget with external vendorsMaintain a regular cadence of thought leadership to support digital campaignsCompetencies; Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSA)Ability to manage multiple tasks and quickly shift priorities as business demands requireCompetency with developing and executing communications plansStrong understanding of PR, social media, and digital marketingExperience with digital and social media required, HTML plusKnowledge of and ability to lead change management communicationsStrong communication and presentation skillsDeep understanding of content strategy with a strong grasp of emerging tools, platforms, and best practices in digital content creation and distribution.Minimum Qualifications/ Education / Experience / CertificationsEducation: Bachelor’s Degree Preferred in English, journalism, or technical writing strongly preferredExperience: 5-7 years related corporate communications or marketing communicationsLicenses / Certifications: Valid driver’s license - requiredLanguage: Proficiency in English requiredWork Environment / ConditionsMust be adaptable to work in a shared space, with constant noise, with/or without the use of a private office.This is a hybrid role based out of Northbrook, IL.Annual base salary $90,000-$115,000 per year (DOE)Paid Time Off (PTO)401(k) Matching ProgramWellness PerksTuition ReimbursementNOTICE TO APPLICANTS Ravago Americas is an equal employment opportunity employer.
