Forklift Driver - Winery (Clamp Required) Rutherford, CA Our client, a well-established winery in Rutherford, is seeking an experienced Forklift Driver with clamp attachment experience to support warehouse and production operations. This role is responsible for safely loading and unloading wine products, glass bottles, and production materials while ensuring accuracy and organization throughout the facility. Compensation $23/hr Schedule Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM Monday - Thursday (4/10 schedule) What You’ll Be Doing Operate a sit-down propane forklift with clamp attachment to move glass bottles and wine products safely Load and unload finished wine cases, glass bottles, packaging supplies, and production materials Move bulk wine materials and dry goods throughout the warehouse and production areas Return unused materials to proper storage locations after verifying item and quantity with production Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against documentation Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records Maintain cleanliness and organization of shipping, receiving, and storage areas Keep pallet areas neat and organized Follow all winery safety and quality standards What You’ll Need Minimum 1+ year experience operating a sit-down propane forklift Clamp attachment experience is REQUIRED Experience in warehouse, beverage, wine, or food manufacturing environments preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Basic math skills and strong attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills Ability to stay motivated and focused in a fast-paced environment Must be able to work scheduled overtime and weekends when required Why Work with Star Staffing?
