Job Description Lead Business Systems Analyst (BSA) in our Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW). In this role you will be part of a team working to develop solutions enabling the business to leverage data as an asset at the bank. As a Lead BSA Analyst, you will work with the business to understand their needs, document technical requirements and build/manage the product backlog. Key EDW technologies include Snowflake, DataStage, Python/PySpark, Infogix and Tableau. This is a hybrid role, candidate will need to be located in Columbus, Ohio and work in the office a minimum of 4 days each week. Highly motivated with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Experience leading other BSAs on a project team.
