Accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle and may be required to perform Order Filler and Checker duties.Performs order fulfillment duties to include reviewing and prioritizing available orders, determining stock requirements, and maintaining levels of required inventory, physically picking in Full case , packing orders in ALPS, replenishing, stocking, auditing and verifying picked orders, preparing completed orders for shipping, using SAP and RF scanner as needed.What We Are Looking For:Required Qualifications:Required: High School diploma or equivalent (GED)Preferred: 1 year experience in warehouse environmentKnowledge/SkillsMust be able to read, count accurately, do simple math and write legiblyThe ability to follow directions with emphasis on safety which is extremely importantFamiliarity with MHE is requiredSpecial Requirements:Must have responsible work habits. Must meet OSHA and company requirements for MHE training and certification.Obtain L’Oreal forklift certification.Judgment and Decision Making:Close to moderate supervision required for this positionEssential Physical Requirements:Must be able to read, count accurately, do simple math and write legibly. Lift up to 50lbs.Bend, twist, stand for up to 10 hours per day.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Tasks, Duties & ResponsibilitiesEquipment-Load, unload, move, stack and stage product and materials using a forklift, clamp truck, or other powered equipmentMaintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean and orderly fashionOn a daily basis, inspect and perform minor maintenance on assigned equipmentOperate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods and OSHA standardsQuality-Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damageReport quality variancesReceiving/ Putaway/loadingUnload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locationsEfficiently stack and store the merchandise in the appropriate areasEfficiently move product from staging and/or storage areas into rail cars, trailers or containersOrder Picking-Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shippedPick and pack is defined as order picking and/or assembly of products in less than or full case lots or detailed pickingPerform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking, and repacking as neededPerforms sortation duties to include lifting cartons at sortation, palletizing cartons, printing pallet tickets, moving freight to the dock, using SAP and RF as needed.Perform special projects/tasks as assigned.Safety: Will support and abide by the company’s safety program and all safety initiatives, policies, and proceduresSafety, Housekeeping, Security-Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse.Conduct operations in a manner that promotes ply with OSHA and other applicable standards.
