This is a stable, long-term opportunity for a technician who wants to work with industry-leading technology in a shop that values quality over shortcuts.What You’ll Do Advanced Diagnostics: Troubleshooting complex engine, hydraulic, and electrical systems.Full-Scale Repairs: Perform everything from routine maintenance to major component overhauls.Precision Service: Utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic software to ensure equipment is field-ready.Team Collaboration: Work alongside a veteran service team to meet seasonal demands and maintain high safety standards. What We’re Looking For Experience: Solid background in diesel mechanics (Agricultural or Heavy Construction equipment experience preferred).Skill Set: Strong knowledge of Tier 4 engines, hydraulics, and power dependence: A self-starter who can manage a service bay efficiently.Certification: Relevant technical degree or equivalent field experience is highly valued.
