We do this by delivering exceptional experiences to our customers, employees, partners, and communities—treating everyone like family.The Seasonal Mosquito Technician is responsible for performing routine mosquito control treatments at customer homes throughout the mosquito season. This role focuses on delivering consistent, high-quality exterior treatments while providing a professional and positive customer experience.Responsibilities:Perform scheduled mosquito control treatments at residential customer locations according to company procedures and trainingApply mosquito control products safely and effectively to exterior areas of customer propertiesFollow daily routes and service schedules assignedProvide courteous, professional interactions with customers and address basic service-related questionsMaintain accurate service records, service tickets, and system entries, submitting all documentation on timeConduct daily check-outs with management as required before completing the final stop of the dayMaintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning company vehicle in accordance with company standardsAttend required meetings and complete all assigned training, including Pest Web TrainingQualifications:1+ years of customer service experience, preferred.Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license, as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role. Driving record must meet the company’s insurance standards.
