In this role you will provide senior technical and advisory assistance to the Targets Program Office by aiding in the refinement and implementation of MBSE design standards across a portfolio of products.Duties:Serve as architect for implementation of the Government Reference Architecture MBSE solution across the Targets Program officeAuthor process documents, develop template frameworks, and construct metric reporting methods to facilitate the execution of the MBSE solution to existing and future programsUse requirements analysis to create and maintain the (GRA) in CameoPerform and lead systems engineering duties to elicit stakeholder requirements and mission needsPerform functional analysis using Model-based Systems Engineering techniques and toolsDefine requirements, perform functional analysis using Model-based Systems Engineering techniques and toolsRequired Skills/Experience:Expert Knowledge of Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE), preferably with direct experience working DoD SystemsAbility to train others on MBSE concepts and toolsExperience with languages used for architecture modeling (i.e. DoD Architecture Framework and (Unified Architecture Framework (UAF))Must be a U.S. citizenActive Secret ClearanceEducation Requirements:Bachelor's degree with 20+ years of working on missile defense-related or other DoD programs/projects OR a Master's degree and 12+ years working on missile defense-related or other DoD programs/projects Experience with Cameo SysMLDesired Skills:Familiarity with MDA programs and processesExperience with missiles, targets, missile defense systems or hypersonic weaponsHands-on experience with integrated requirements tools, such as DOORs NGExposure to MDA test events and activitiesPeople First.
