Collins is seeking a Business Development Associate Director to lead the Momentum Business Development team. This leader will manage a team of experienced BD professionals and is responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow scope and value within existing programs, product lines, and customer segments, while selectively capturing new profitable opportunities in domestic and international markets. The position reports to the BD leader for Momentum & Mission Critical and requires strong experience leading teams, engaging aerospace and defense customers, and translating customer insight into accurate, actionable forecasts. What You Will Do + Directs all business development activities and ensures robust execution of Pursuit-to-Start-up processes.
