Our client, a trusted financial services provider, is seeking a dedicated Member Service Representative to join their team. As a Member Service Representative, you will be an essential part of the Member Services department supporting the credit union. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Full Time Member Service Representative Location: Marquette, MI and Ishpeming, MI Pay Range: $17.50 per Hour Shift: Primarily working the later shift until 6pm during the week and Saturdays from 9am-1pm What's the Job? + Provide exceptional front-line member service by processing deposits, withdrawals, and account maintenance tasks with accuracy and efficiency. + Assist members with account-related inquiries, including opening/closing accounts, debit card issues, and other account maintenance needs. + Address and resolve member questions or concerns about credit union products and services, ensuring a positive member experience. + Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations and member satisfaction. + Be prepared to work at multiple branch locations (Ishpeming and Marquette) as needed and assist with Saturday shifts.
