Server, Cocktail at Kootenai River Inn, Casino & Spa in Bonners Ferry, Idaho, United States Job Description Server, Cocktail Must have the ability to work with cash register and handle a cash caddy. MUST BE AGE 19 to serve alcohol. Greets guests in a professional manner, takes guest's orders and follows the proper serving procedures. Continues taking care of guests throughout the shift and prepares some food items. Assists bartender with dishes, glasses, ice or any stocking needs. Works (AM or PM shifts) 4-5 days per week, actual days to be arranged with employer. Must also be available to fill in when needed.
