Job Title: Restoration Technician Job Description Join our dynamic team covering Western Washington operations for restoration projects across residential, commercial, and various other spaces. You will play a vital role in managing the entire reconstruction process from start to finish. Responsibilities + Participate in restoration projects across different types of spaces including residential and commercial. + Manage the reconstruction process from inception through to completion. + Utilize carpentry skills in demolition, framing, and finish carpentry. + Engage in remediation and siding tasks as part of the restoration process. Essential Skills + 3-7 years of experience as a restoration carpenter. + Proficiency in the use of power tools. + Ability to perform tasks in demolition, framing, and finish carpentry. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of SEATTLE, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
