Territory Sales Executive - Outside B2B Sales (Packaging)Location: Northern & Central New JerseyCompany: Swatek PackagingJob Type: Full-Time | ExemptPosition OverviewSwatek Packaging is seeking an experienced Outside B2B Sales Professional to manage and grow in Northern and Central New Jersey.This is a field-based role requiring in-person customer visits five days per week. The Territory Sales Executive will be responsible for developing new business, expanding existing accounts, and driving profitable revenue growth.We are looking for a self-motivated sales professional with a proven history of exceeding quota and building long-term client relationships in a competitive market.Key ResponsibilitiesTerritory Growth & New Business DevelopmentDevelop and execute a strategic territory sales planProspect new accounts through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry outreachConduct on-site customer visits and needs assessmentsPresent custom packaging solutions and close new businessBuild and maintain a strong sales pipelineAccount Management & Revenue ExpansionManage and grow existing accounts within the territoryIdentify cross-sell and upsell opportunitiesMaintain regular in-person contact with customersNegotiate pricing within company guidelinesSales Process & Internal CollaborationMaintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and pipeline updatesCoordinate with customer service, production, and shipping to ensure smooth order executionCommunicate customer needs and market intelligence to leadershipRequired QualificationsMinimum 3 years of successful outside B2B sales experienceDemonstrated history of meeting or exceeding revenue targetsStrong prospecting, closing, and territory management skillsExperience managing a full sales cycle from lead generation to closeExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently in a field-based roleProficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft OfficeValid driver’s license with acceptable driving recordPreferred QualificationsExperience in corrugated packaging, industrial products, manufacturing, or distribution salesEstablished relationships within Northern or Central New Jersey territoryBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldBenefits:Base compensation $55,000 to $90,000 per year with an uncapped commission structureMedicalDentalVisionCompany sponsored Health Savings Account (HSA).401k with matchPaid Time Off (PTO)Training Programs with the Council of IndustryJoin Viking & Swatek Packaging and be part of a dynamic team that values innovation, teamwork, and excellence in the packaging industry.
