FAIR-RITE PRODUCTS CORP - has an immediate opening for a full-time Assistant Team Leaderin our Kiln Department on our 1st shift.Days and Hours:Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PMBenefits for Full Time Employees:Salary $22.40 to $24.49 per hour depending on expereinceMedical, Dental and Vison insurance401(k) plan with Employer MatchPaid VacationPaid Sick TimeManufacturing Training programs and apprenticeships through the Council of IndustryThe Assistant Team Leader must be able to perform at an entry level while directing and coordinating activities of the Press department. The right individual will assist the Press Department Team Leader to meet production schedules, maintain quality standards and ensure a safe work environment.Will assist the Team Leader in resolving discrepancies and production issues.The production schedule runs over a three (3) shifts. The assistant team leader would work a normal first shift, but must be flexible when needed. In addition, must be able to able to stand for long periods of timeTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
