Must be familiar withconcepts, practices and procedures of the Home Health and Hospice industries. Requires ability to provide analysis and implementation of best practices for both industries.Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs all duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:Education:Graduateof an approved school of nursing with current state license.Bachelordegreerequired.Experience:1-2years experiencein home carerequired.
