Bacheloru2019s degree in Civil Engineering 10-15 years of experience delivering aviation design projects California Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or ability to obtain within 12 months Demonstrated experience leading design teams and managing large, complex aviation programs (airside, landside, and terminal) A strong selleru2011doer mindset, including: Client relationship building Pursuit strategy and positioning Proposal and interview leadership Market assessment and opportunity identification Ability to secure new work and grow existing accounts Strong writing and communication skills, particularly for proposals and clientu2011facing materials Ability to travel for client meetings, project work, and pursuits Experience delivering successful projects with public agencies such as Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA), City and County of San Francisco, San Diego County Regional Airport Authority A passion for coaching, developing, and mentoring project teams A strong focus on quality and longu2011term client satisfaction Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, matrixed environmentJacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
