Description We are looking for a skilled Air Charter Specialist to join our team in Swanton, Ohio. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating time-sensitive air charter logistics to meet client needs efficiently. This role demands a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of aviation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage the booking and coordination of on-demand air charter services, ensuring timely and accurate execution. u2022 Provide white-glove service by addressing client needs with meticulous attention to detail. u2022 Prepare and deliver detailed quotes for air charter services, often within tight deadlines. u2022 Evaluate aircraft options to recommend the most suitable solutions for specific client requirements. u2022 Negotiate rates and terms with vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions. u2022 Utilize specialized software, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel to streamline logistics operations. u2022 Ensure seamless communication with clients and vendors to guarantee smooth operations. u2022 Adapt quickly to changing priorities and time-sensitive demands in a fast-paced work environment. u2022 Maintain accurate records and documentation for all air charter transactions. u2022 Collaborate with team members to optimize logistics processes and enhance client satisfaction. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in logistics coordination, preferably in aviation or air charter services. u2022 Strong decision-making skills with the ability to negotiate effectively. u2022 Proficiency in using logistics software, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel. u2022 Solid understanding of aviation and aircraft types. u2022 Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task efficiently. u2022 Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proper grammar. u2022 Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities. u2022 Educational background or relevant experience in logistics or related fields is preferred.
