In this role, youu2019ll cut, band, and drill cabinet components with accuracy and consistency while contributing to a smooth, efficient production flow. Key Responsibilities + Operate CNC machinery to cut, band, and drill cabinet parts. + Collaborate with team members to maintain steady production flow. + Troubleshoot equipment to ensure efficiency and product quality. + Read and interpret blueprints with accuracy. + Perform routine quality checks on finished components. + Set up machines and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal performance. Required Skills & Experience + 2+ years of experience as a Machine Operator. + Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform tool changes. + Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints. + Hands-on experience with CNC machining and troubleshooting. + Skilled in using precision measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers. Preferred Qualifications + Experience setting up and adjusting machines. Work Environment & Schedule + Manufacturing environment (nonu2013temperature controlled). + Team of 500+ employees across two locations. + Training on 1st shift for approximately 3 weeks before transitioning to assigned shift. + 10% shift differential for off-shift schedules. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Teutopolis, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
