Shelter Aides Needed in Waukegan! Express is hiring empathetic and caring Shelter Aides to support a well-known homeless aid institution in Waukegan. You'll help clients and the community, perform light janitorial duties, and assist with transportation. Responsibilities include: Communicating client needs to staff and management. Working at two job sites- must be able to commute! Managing client conflicts. Monitoring client behavior and providing feedback. Assisting hotel staff with client issues. Enforcing agency expectations clearly and calmly. Requirements: Valid Driver's License. Computer-literate. High School Diploma or Equivalent. Ability to remain collected and empathetic. Familiarity with the Waukegan area is a plus! Details: Location: Waukegan, IL Hours: 1 PM - 9 PM, weekend availability is a must. Hours: 3-9pm M-F Pay: $17.50/hour Type: Temp-to-Hire
