As the first point of contact for our customers and vendors, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service. Responsibilities: u2022 Welcome and assist visitors promptly while managing vendor appointments with attention to detail. u2022 Confirm sales orders and ensure accurate entry into accounting systems. u2022 Maintain customer accounts in sourcing databases, keeping records up to date. u2022 Research and select cost-effective freight carriers to optimize shipping processes. u2022 Organize and file sales orders efficiently in customer files. u2022 Coordinate order details with the warehouse team, ensuring timely pick-ups and shipments. u2022 Prepare shipping labels, manifests, and documentation for outbound deliveries. u2022 Support the sales team by providing assistance with various customer-related tasks. u2022 Process inbound and outbound invoices while maintaining accurate financial records. u2022 Manage online orders, update the company website, and sustain relationships with vendors and distributors. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or similar setting. u2022 Strong communication skills for handling inbound and outbound calls effectively. u2022 Familiarity with NetSuite CRM or similar systems. u2022 Ability to generate leads and actively support sales initiatives. u2022 Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing shipping and invoicing tasks. u2022 Capability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. u2022 Experience with maintaining vendor and distributor relationships.
