Description Robert Half is partnering with a growing organization in Lafayette seeking a hands-on IT Manager with strong experience in Cisco network technologies and technical team leadership. This role is fully onsite and ideal for someone who thrives in a fastu2011paced environment, has a deep understanding of enterprise-level networking, and is ready to lead an infrastructure team to the next level of operational excellence. Key Responsibilities + Lead and mentor a team of network and systems technicians/engineers. + Oversee daily IT operations with a focus on Cisco routing, switching, wireless, and security technologies. + Architect, implement, and maintain core network infrastructure. + Manage projects related to upgrades, expansions, and system improvements. + Ensure network reliability, uptime, and bestu2011practice configurations. + Collaborate with leadership to align technology with business objectives. + Maintain documentation, standards, and operational processes. + Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and budgeting for the IT department. Preferred Qualifications + Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP, etc.). + Experience managing hybrid or enterprise environments. + Background in ITIL, change management, or formalized support processes. + Ability to lead infrastructure modernization initiatives.
