Description Job Title: Temp HR Coordinator/Recruiter Location: 100% Onsite u2013 Seminole, Oklahoma Duration: 3u20136 Months (Strong possibility for Temp-to-Hire) Pay Rate: $24u2013$29/hour DOE Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated HR Coordinator - Recruiter to join our team in Seminole, Oklahoma. This is a long-term contract position requiring expertise in high-volume recruiting and HR coordination. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the entire recruitment lifecycle and ensuring compliance with HR standards. Responsibilities: + Manage full-cycle recruitment for entry-level through skilled manufacturing roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making recommendations for hire + Conduct job postings, resume reviews, candidate outreach, and phone/video interviews + Coordinate pre-employment activities such as background checks, drug screens, and onboarding + Maintain accurate records in Paylocity and ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable regulations + Support HR administration such as scheduling, data entry, and employee file maintenance + Provide excellent candidate and hiring manager communication throughout the recruiting process + Assist with other HR projects and tasks as assigned Requirements Qualifications: + 2+ years of high-volume, full-cycle recruiting experience (required) + Experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred) + Proficiency with Paylocity HRIS/payroll software (highly preferred) + Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills + Ability to work 100% onsite in Seminole, OK + Bacheloru2019s degree or equivalent work experience Benefits & Perks: + Opportunity for Temp-to-Hire based on performance and business needs + Work with an experienced HR team in a collaborative environment + Competitive hourly wage ($24u2013$29/hour DOE) To Apply: Submit your resume and brief cover letter highlighting your recruiting experience and Paylocity familiarity.
