Description We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to oversee and guide a small team of IT professionals. In this role, you will play a key part in managing and optimizing the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations across hardware, software, and network systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various technologies and the ability to implement effective solutions. Responsibilities: u2022 Configure, monitor, and maintain routing and switching systems to ensure reliable network connectivity. u2022 Implement and manage Ubiquiti network equipment, optimizing performance and security. u2022 Oversee the administration of Windows systems and Office 365 applications, ensuring consistent functionality and user satisfaction. u2022 Manage Active Directory and ensure proper access controls and permissions. u2022 Develop and maintain backup strategies to safeguard critical data and ensure disaster recovery readiness. u2022 Handle hardware and software installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting to support organizational needs. u2022 Configure and manage NAS technologies to enable efficient data storage and access. u2022 Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures, maintaining documentation of system configurations and changes.
