As a member of the GRAEF Mechanical Team, yourresponsibilities may include: Developing drawings and specifications forHVAC systems serving industrial manufacturing facilities. Performfacility assessments related to the HVAC systems within industrialfacilities. Perform project management and mentorship of juniorengineers. Coordinate between multiple disciplines and attend regularmeetings. Perform computer-aided drafting using Revit and design forvarious projects. We are considering candidates who possess thefollowing minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in mechanical orarchitectural engineering. Professional Engineer (PE) license. A minimumof 8 years of relevant design experience. Experience in the design andspecification of HVAC systems including central cooling plants, centralheating plants, and high-capacity airside equipment. Commissioningexperience would be a plus. Experience working with HVAC loadcalculation and energy modeling software. Proficiency in the followingsoftware is preferred: Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office products.
