Description We are looking for a dedicated Property Administrator to join our team in San Francisco, California. This long-term contract position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual to oversee administrative operations, ensure compliance with housing regulations, and coordinate property maintenance. The ideal candidate will act as a leader within the property team, fostering communication and efficient processes to support both staff and residents. Responsibilities: u2022 Perform administrative tasks to support daily property management operations. u2022 Review and maintain resident and property files to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. u2022 Organize and lead the annual recertification process, including conducting resident interviews and compiling necessary documentation. u2022 Prepare for audits by maintaining accurate records and documentation. u2022 Ensure timely completion of recertifications in accordance with federal housing program requirements. u2022 Provide leadership and guidance to the property management team. u2022 Collaborate with maintenance staff and vendors to resolve property-related issues promptly. u2022 Conduct regular property inspections to assess maintenance needs and overall conditions. u2022 Address resident concerns with professionalism, coordinate services, and foster community engagement. u2022 Support the team in maintaining smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the properties. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or a related field. u2022 Strong knowledge of residential and commercial property management practices. u2022 Proficiency in Yardi Software or similar property management platforms. u2022 Familiarity with federal housing program guidelines and compliance requirements. u2022 Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. u2022 Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide leadership support. u2022 Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents and staff. u2022 Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
