Mary Bridge Children's multi-disciplinary approach to care includes pediatric experts for emergency services, inpatient care, and outpatient specialty clinics, all specializing in kids and their unique needs.FTE: 1.0, Shift: Days, Schedule: Monday-FridayPosition SummaryThe Operations Manager - Pediatric & Congenital Cardiac Catheterization & Electrophysiology Lab is responsible for the technical, operational, and quality oversight of the pediatric cath/EP program within the Mary Bridge Children's Heart Center. This role ensures safe, efficient, and highquality delivery of diagnostic and interventional cath and EP procedures for infants, children, adolescents, and adults with congenital heart partnership with physician, nursing, and administrative leadership, the Operations Manager oversees all technical aspects of cath and EP procedural care, including equipment and technology management, quality and safety programs, staff training and competency, workflow optimization, and adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards.The role supports the Heart Center's mission of delivering exceptional, familycentered care and advancing program growth through innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.This role will also provide technical expertise and patient care support in the pediatric cardiac catheterization lab, assisting physicians with diagnostic and interventional procedures for infants, children, and adolescents with congenital or acquired heart disease.This role will also provide advanced technical support in the scrub, circulator, and recording role. Procedures include but are not limited to angioplasty, balloon atrial sept ostomies, stenting, device placements (valves, asd, vsd, etc), thrombolysis, embolization, thoracic duct takedowns, biopsies, ablations, pacemaker and lead placements and laser extractions.Technical & Clinical Operations Provide technical leadership for all pediatric cath and EP procedures, ensuring safe, efficient, and evidence based clinical operations. Oversee setup, calibration, and functionality of all cath and EP systems, including fluoroscopy, hemodynamic monitoring platforms, ICE, IVUS, ultrasound, electrophysiology recording systems, stimulators, and 3D electro anatomic mapping platforms. Direct radiation safety practices aligned with ALARA principles and ensure compliance with state and national regulations. Ensure adherence to infection control standards, sterile field maintenance, and regulatory compliance across the cath/EP environment. Oversee equipment quality control (QC) documentation, maintenance schedules, and lifecycle planning.Program Leadership & Strategy Serve as the technical leader within the Cath/EP Lab and a key member of Heart Center governance and committees, helping drive program strategy, planning, and performance monitoring. Support new program development efforts, care model design, and integration of emerging technologies aligned with Heart Center goals. Collaborate with administrative partners on capital planning, budgeting, vendor management, and longterm asset strategy.Quality, Safety & Performance Improvement Lead technical quality initiatives, including case review participation, data-driven improvement projects, and alignment with national registries and benchmarking. Develop and maintain technical protocols, standard operating pro
