If you are looking to work in a fun atmosphere with great co-workers, the City of Reno will be that placeMINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:- Age: 18- Education: High school diploma or equivalent- Experience:One year paid experience working with youth in a recreational setting- License: Valid driver's licensePreferred Qualifications:- - Education: College level courses related to disabilities or a related field - Experience: One year experience working with people with disabilities - Certifications: CPR/AED, First AidJOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:Trains staff on how to work with persons with disabilities to better include them in a traditional program settingsProvide services directly and indirectly to a variety of individuals with cognitive, behavioral, and physical disabilities.May develop behavior/inclusion plans and instruct staff on implementation and modifying activities on a case by case basis.As assigned, conducts client observations and/or assessments and evaluates individual cases.
