Status: Full-time, long-term opportunityResponsibilities:• Prepare, cook, and plate meals according to established recipes and quality standards• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and prep areas• Ensure food safety and sanitation procedures are followed at all times• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours• Assist with restocking and inventory management as neededRequirements:• Previous line cook, or restaurant kitchen experience required• Steakhouse or high-volume dining experience strongly preferred• Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and a team player• Weekend availability is mandatory — schedule is not flexible• Must meet all pre-employment requirements?
