In this role, you will work closely with our General Counsel and cross-functional business units to draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial, federal, and state agreements. With our work centered around data products, modeling tools, consulting services, and technology solutions, you will regularly handle data licensing agreements and help ensure that the company's contracting practices reflect compliance, clarity, and thoughtful risk mitigation.This position is ideal for an early-career attorney who is eager to expand their expertise in government contracting, commercial transactions, and data-related legal frameworks. You will provide essential legal support throughout the contract lifecycle-from proposal and procurement stages, to negotiation, execution, and ongoing contract administration.
