We are seeking a licensed, compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our growing team.ScheduleMonday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)Friday: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM (with break)Full-timeDuties & ResponsibilitiesPerform dental cleanings including prophylaxis, scaling, and root planingConduct periodontal assessments and chartingTake and interpret dental radiographs in compliance with regulationsAdminister preventive treatments such as fluoride and sealantsIdentify signs of oral disease and communicate findings to the dentistEducate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive careReinforce treatment recommendations and provide post-treatment instructionsMaintain accurate patient recordsFollow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocolsSterilize instruments and maintain operatory cleanlinessCollaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient patient flowRequirementsValid New York Dental Hygienist licenseCurrent CPR/BLS certificationStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented with strong clinical precisionCompassionate, patient-focused approachAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred:Previous clinical experienceFamiliarity with DentrixExperience with periodontal therapy and patient education programsAbility to administer local anesthesia (if permitted by NY law)Pay & Compensation$45.00 to $50.00 per hour, depending on experienceHealth insuranceDental benefitsRetirement planPTO and sick paySupportive and collaborative work environmentApply today to join a respected, community-focused dental practice committed to delivering high-quality care in a comfortable and welcoming setting.Benefits:Medical, Dental, 401k, PTOCompensation:$45-$50/hour
