Production Manager Needed - Integrated ManufacturingCummings Electrical is expanding our Integrated Manufacturing team. We design and build custom, integrated, modular systems such as e-houses, electrical skids, HAC’s and UL 508A panels for a wide range of projects, including data centers, healthcare facilities, industrial plants, and more. If you are looking for growth, meaningful work, and a chance to be part of a team shaping the future of off-site integration and manufacturing, this is the place to make an impact.Train, manage and evaluate production team membersAbility to assist Project Manager in preparing & updating production schedulesCreate and maintain daily reports, timesheets, safety, and accident reportsCoordinate and monitor the installation progressPlan, organize and direct production in accordance with the contracted scope of work / executed purchase order agreementOversee the implementation and compliance with quality assurance and quality control programsCoordinate work with Project Manager, Purchasing, and Logistics teams to ensure that requested material is expedited and received as needed for the construction of a productEnsure all installations meet quality and electrical code standardsReview submittals, budgets, schedules, and all other aspects necessary for a successful product order / programMaintain and foster contacts with consultants, contractors, vendors, and material suppliersServe as an interface between internal clients, including the IM Engineering, Operations, Safety, Quality and Safety teams, to facilitate interdepartmental relations and program goalsEnsure the component layouts and bill of material takeoffs comply with constructability and operability needsAct as a subject matter expert regarding various electrical installation activitiesParticipate in engineering, design, and production review processes as requested by Project ManagerInterpret plans, specification, drawings, and documents related to the engineering and construction of program / product orderReports to Project ManagerMust be a Safety True Believer5+ years of progressively responsible experience in the electrical or integrated construction industry, with a concentration in large commercial construction projects / programsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field is preferred; with previous work as Licensed Electrician / Supervisor a plusAbility to prepare, manage and accurately update production schedules (MS Project)Prior knowledge and understanding of the estimating processExposure to ACCUBID and/or ConEst a plusProficiency in MS Office Suite required, including excel at advanced level and familiarity with MS Teams and SharePointStrong customer service skills requiredWilling to travel to develop vendor relationship & conduct incremental factory inspections as requiredHow we support you:Enjoy working with happy and fulfilled colleaguesWork with the bestLeadership developmentFeel supported by management who caresConfidence in your and others health and safetyExcited about working at a highly respected companyCummings offers: Weekly Pay OvertimeBonuses Boot and tool purchase assistance TrainingHealth benefit options and service discounts401(k) 8% employer matchLicenses & Certification assistanceCareer advancement
