Job Description Role Overview The Mechanical Assembly Supervisor leads and coordinates mechanical assembly activities for High Voltage GIS equipment. This role supervises mechanics and installers, interprets technical drawings, and ensures precise installation in accordance with clients installation, quality, and safety standards. The supervisor plays a key role in managing union labor resources, maintaining schedules, and promoting a safe, clean, and efficient installation environment.
