If you are interested in making a global impact, we are looking for a full-time Field Service Technician I to service the Columbus area with occasional travel to Cincinnati and Cleveland when needed. WHAT YOUu2019LL BE DOING The Field Service Technician is responsible for servicing, fixing, upgrading and performing preventative maintenance on various types of equipment such as coin & currency equipment, ATMu2019s, software and specialized office products located at client sites in Columbus. To guarantee ongoing success, you will work in coordination with branch sales and other service team members. Responsibilities and Duties: u00b7 Service, upgrade and perform preventative maintenance on company electromechanical equipment u00b7 Travel by vehicle, daily, to client sites (90%) with overnight travel as needed (10%) - Some long drive times are encountered depending on geographical territory covered u00b7 Work with branch employees to satisfy client needs u00b7 Address customer service requests within the specified contract response time u00b7 Extended Hours Coverage periods and u2018On-Callu2019 duty where applicable u00b7 Safeguard and maintain a balanced vehicle stock parts inventory u00b7 Upkeep and cleanliness of company issued vehicle including scheduled service intervals u00b7 Safeguarding of any company issued assets including tablet computer and mobile phone u00b7 All other duties as required WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Qualifications : + 1 + years of working in Technical/Field Service position or similar technical profession + Impeccable Integrity + Must be able to gain access to highly secured environments; Occupational licenses may be necessary to obtain depending on territory/accounts + Strong electromechanical aptitude + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a positive, customer-first attitude + Personable, approachable and able to work easily with others at all levels + Strong Attention to details - able to proof and prioritize your own work + Proficient in iOS, MS Office applications and Windows OS + Ability to set and track goals independently, initiate and follow through on assignments without coaching, and work proactively as a team player + Able to commit to and meet project deadlines Physical Requirements: u00b7 Available for periodic travel to our corporate office in Mt.
