As a Materials Planning & Execution Specialist, you will coordinate and expedite the flow of materials from suppliers and across internal departments to support established production schedules. You will plan and schedule material and production requirements, ensuring the right materials are available at the right time to meet operational needs. You are accountable for the quality and accuracy of your own work and will operate under direct operational supervision, following prescribed work instructions and system checks. Working within a well-defined operations framework, you will execute a clear, step-by-step sequence of standard tasks to deliver reliable and consistent results. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities + Manage master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs. Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs. Optimize inventory and process improvements. + Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area. + Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area. + Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters. + Collaborates with others to solve issues. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Exchanges technical information asks questions and checks for understanding. Required Qualifications + Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in Material Planning and/or Manufacturing). Desired Characteristics + Strong oral and written communication skills. + Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. The base pay range for this position is $69,000 - $82,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidateu2019s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on March 20, 2026.
