Part-Time Driver u2013 Foster Care Support Make a difference in a childu2019s day. As a Driver, you will safely transport children in foster care to court-ordered family visits using your personal vehicle. This role is ideal for someone reliable, flexible, compassionate, and committed to supporting children and families. Key Responsibilities + Safely transport children to scheduled visits and appointments + Maintain a supportive and professional environment during transportation + Follow safety guidelines and confidentiality standards + Communicate clearly with the team regarding schedules and updates Qualifications: + High School diploma or equivalent required + Six months of human services experience preferred + Must be 21 years of age Educated/trained in mental health competencies + Valid driver's license in good standing and car registration/auto insurance (if driving for company) + A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach + Commitment to the companyu2019s mission and values + Exceptional communication skills with an ability to establish trust and rapport quickly + This position is critical to our success and exemplifies the wonderful mission-driven work we do here every day Join our team and help create positive connections for children and families every day.
