Citizens Memorial Hospital Foundation (CMH)in Bolivar, MOis hiring a Certified Nurse Assistant to provide exceptional care for our residents at Parkview Long Term Care Facility. CMH is made up of 34 primary and specialty clinics, 6 Long-Term Care facilities and 1 residential care facility. Only an hour away is Branson that includes many shows to see, Silver Dollar City and shopping! About the department: Parkview Health Care Facility is a 78- bed long- term skilled nursing facility. A 15-bed memory care unit meets the specific needs of individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. A typical day includes: Observing, evaluating, reporting, and documenting responses of residents to medications given Dispensing, documenting, and administering medications completely to each resident before beginning the process for the next resident Preparing residents for meals, serving and collecting food trays, and nourishments, and documenting intakes Ensuring safe, appropriate nursing care is administered and problems reported to the charge nurse for follow-up action Job Requirements: Education:NA Experience: NA Skills: NA Licensure/Certification:Certified (Registered) Medication Technician, Certified Nurse Assistant, BLS for Healthcare Provider CPR within 6 months of employment Physical: Ability to stand for 90% of the day and sit for the remaining 10% The position isFull Time, Evenings.
