This contract position requires proficiency in performing adult transthoracic echocardiograms, stress echocardiograms, dobutamine stress echocardiograms, and assisting with transesophageal echocardiography. You will work closely with cardiologists to provide preliminary diagnostic evaluations and ensure precise examination outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Conduct adult transthoracic echocardiograms and various stress echocardiogram procedures adhering to established protocolsAssist in performing transesophageal echocardiography when requiredProvide initial diagnostic interpretation and promptly notify cardiologists of relevant findingsCollaborate with cardiologists to customize non-standard examinations and set technical parameters to meet clinical needsParticipate in a call rotation schedule, including a minimum of 10 on-call days per month with holiday shift coverageReceive guidance from providers and department management to maintain quality and compliance standardsQualifications and Desired Experience:Proven expertise in adult transthoracic and stress echocardiography techniquesFamiliarity with dobutamine stress and transesophageal echo proceduresStrong communication skills for effective collaboration with cardiology staffAbility to work independently within scope of practice while following departmental policiesFlexibility to participate in on-call rotations, including holidaysLocation:Position is based in Belt, Montana, a small, charming community that offers a peaceful environment and easy access to natural outdoor attractions.
