Pay: $20.00 per hourDuration: Up to 12 weeks (Possible Full-Time Opportunity) We are seeking a Tech Support / Drawing Support Specialist to support our technical team during an employee’s FMLA leave. This is a temporary assignment expected to last up to 12 weeks, with the potential to become a permanent position if business needs continue. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, technically inclined, and interested in a role that offers the possibility of long-term growth. Key Responsibilities: Review project lists in Microsoft Teams and select assigned projects Review incoming photos to confirm they meet required camera specifications Verify customer order forms for feasibility and accuracy Import photos into PhotoModeler to generate point clouds Prepare completed files and send final documentation via email Identify discrepancies or issues and return projects to customers for approval or revisions as needed Qualifications: Ability to learn new software quickly Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with graphic design concepts preferred Familiarity with CAD or SolidWorks Comfortable working in a technical, process-driven environment Strong written communication skills What to Expect: Training will be provided Role requires the ability to grasp unique drawing processes specific to the company’s line of business Collaborative work environment with the technical support team Potential opportunity for permanent placement If you’re looking for a technical role where accuracy and attention to detail matter — and you’re open to an opportunity that could grow into something long-term — we encourage you to apply.Sarasota, FL
