We are currently recruiting for an Accounting Clerk in Coquitlam. This office is a small team connected to their construction parts distribution warehouse as well. This is a full-time & permanent role supporting their accounting department. This role start ASAP for the right fit! Requirements: Must have at least 3 years of accounting clerk/support experience Must be proficient with MS Suite and Sage 50 Strong attention to detail & reconciliation skills Possess strong analytical & problem solving skills Excellent communication skills: written & verbal References & BG check will be conducted upon further consideration of a candidate Duties: Supporting the Accounting Department as required A/R: invoicing, verifying sales invoices, update sales credit card schedules, process cheques & deposits, receipt deposits/payments, and collection follow-ups A/P: match invoices to OP or quotes, liaise with vendors, process expense reports & credit card statements, posting entries Supporting with administrative needs (mailing, faxing, filing and ordering office & kitchen supplies) What's In It For You: Live local, work local in Coquitlam!
