Our client in Attleboro is looking for experienced Construction Cleaner to assist with construction clean-outs of commercial properties in the Greater Boston and Southeastern Massachusetts areas. Properties include businesses and apartment units. Minimum 6 months of experience with construction cleaning, custodial or janitorial work required. Pay Rate: $16.50 an hour plus 10 hours of guaranteed OT weekly (whether you work OT or not) Hours: Monday through Friday / 5:30am till done, includes weekly overtime Construction Cleaner (Company Driver) Responsibilities: Driving company vehicle from Attleboro to worksite and back Rough and final cleaning at construction sites Site clean-up/debris removal Wiping down walls, cabinets, baseboards and fixtures Window washing Scraping, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors Using floor machines, waxing and buffing floors Climbing ladders, frequent lifting up to 50 pounds Construction Cleaner (Company Driver) Requirements: At least 6 months of previous experience as construction cleaner, custodian or janitor Valid Driver’s License Able to pass MVR check Able to handle daily physical labor including lifting, stooping, reaching above shoulder level, etc. OSHA 10 Certification desired Our location:Express Employment Professionals705 Myles Standish BlvdTaunton, MA 02780 (774) 501-1692 #2025TFR
