Your JobAs the National Accounts Service Representative, you will be responsible for supporting the Hummingbird and GP Corrugated sales team with value chain solutions for supply chain options, new item development and design to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction while collaborating with internal teams. To excel in this role, you should have knowledge of the entire manufacturing process, from digital print technology to corrugating to converting and logistics. This is because your job demands that you develop program management initiatives to maximize revenue and client retention by providing value chain solutions to customers.Reporting to the Manager of Account Services, Hummingbird needs a passionate and innovative leader with a positive attitude and a love for technology. You should understand the disruptive potential of digital printing and use your creativity and relationship skills to develop new business opportunities. Additionally, this is a customer-facing position where you are responsible for the entire program. You will be promoting Hummingbird ecosystem as the easy option for hi-graphic growth ambitions of new clients.Our TeamAt Hummingbird we leverage our passion and knowledge of digital print technology, corrugate packaging partners, and supply chain solutions to safely create uniquely better experiences and outcomes that advantage our customers in their markets.Location: This is a home-based position with travel in the field up to 20% of the time. For enhanced team collaboration, you will reside near our Hummingbird headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio, or Georgia Pacific headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia.What You Will DoServe as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts while developing effective strategies/tactics for program engagement and decision-makingResponsible for the new item lifecycle from concept to production establishing clear objectives and timelines for GP Facilities/Third Party provider value chain programs, taking full responsibility for their successPreferred internal partnerships collaborating with sales, structural design, production graphics/color management/prepress and operationsFoster productive relationships between clients and Hummingbird by maintaining strong communication channels, delivering white glove customer service by identifying customer needs, resolving issues, and identifying cross-selling/upselling opportunitiesUtilize various applications and knowledge forums for effective communicationPromote Hummingbird ecosystem as the easy option for hi-graphic growth ambitions of new clientsRegularly assess program effectiveness and identify areas for growth by removing barriersEnsure all new programs comply with GP compliance and legal requirementsWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)Bachelor's degree or equivalent high graphics work experienceAt least 3 years project or program management experienceWorking knowledge of flexographic, lithographic, and digital print, including graphic design, prepress, and printing processes, especially related to packaging applicationsSolid understanding of box plant manufacturing capabilities and operational challengesWhat Will Put You AheadExperience working for either a CPG or for a vendor / supplier to major CPG's with a solid understanding of their procurement, supply chain requirementsExperience in product management, marketing, and business strategy, especially in the graphic packaging industryExperience in executing complex business development projects requiring cross-functional collaboration both internally and externallyMasters of Business Administration or technical training in packaging manufacturingFor this role, we anticipate paying $80,000 - $100,000 per year.At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
