Note: Enrollment in a Swire Medical Plan is required for some benefits.Job Details:Job Level: 7What does a Senior Manager Payroll do at Swire Coca-Cola?The Senior Manager, Payroll provides enterprise leadership over payroll operations, systems, and controls within a Dayforce managed services environment, with a focus on ensuring accurate, compliant, and scalable payroll processes while thoughtfully evaluating upstream and downstream impacts across HR, Finance, Compliance, and Reporting. This role requires a highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and strategic leader who excels at anticipating second- and third-order effects when implementing policy, system, or process changes. The ideal candidate brings a structured, methodical approach to problem-solving, strong technical, analytical, documentation, and communication skills, and the ability to work independently while partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders in an outcome-driven environment.Responsibilities:Oversee and support end-to-end payroll operations within a Dayforce managed services environment, including processing, reporting, reconciliations, and issue resolutionEnsure compliance with all applicable wage and hour laws, tax regulations, and employment standards across multiple states and jurisdictions, including management of payroll-related audits, tax filings, and regulatory inquiriesIdentify, mitigate, and prevent payroll risks by establishing and maintaining strong internal controls, including segregation of duties, approvals, exception handling, remediation, and audit readiness, while preventing fraud, errors, and unauthorized changesDesign, standardize, and document end-to-end payroll processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, scalability, and auditability across the enterprise, including SOP development and control testingDevelop and maintain payroll business continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure operational resiliencePartner closely with HRIS, Payroll, Finance, IT, Compliance, and Dayforce Managed Services to align payroll solutions with business needs and enterprise prioritiesLead or support Dayforce payroll configuration, testing, validation, and parallel payroll testing, while evaluating upstream and downstream impacts across HR, benefits, time & attendance, finance, reporting, and system integrationsAnalyze payroll data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvements, efficiency gains, and cost savi
