What Will I Do?Successfully handle high volume inbound and outbound customer service callsMeet sales and upselling metrics monthlySet appointments with customers in regards to HVAC, Plumbing, Insulation, Water, Electrical and moreMulti task between different departments and stakeholdersWork in multiple applications and duel screens - fast paced environmentRespond to e-mail inquiries in a timely mannerReceive and record completed work orders from field techniciansExpedite unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigationMaintain accurate customer information and scheduled appointment detailsActively promote and sell new or additional services or products when applicableHandle some payments,refunds, and related customer inquiriesDo I have What it Takes?High School Diploma or GED preferred2-years call center experience required1 year of sales experience requiredComputer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applicationsExperience with Service Titan is a plus.Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English and must be able to sit for long periods of time.Must be able to work evenings and weekends when needed.Must be able to work on site, Remote only positions are not available at this time.Must be able to type 35 WPM.Ability to pass a background check and drug screenWrench Group and its affiliates are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
