Job Description BAE Systems is seeking aMobile Device Management (MDM) System Administrator to join our team supporting FEMAin Bluemont, VA or Washington, D.C.area.The selected candidate must be a US Citizen and have an active TS or Public Trust High Risk clearance, per contract requirements. Under general supervision, this position provides technical and operational support of MDM infrastructure and FEMA mobility devices, adheres to IT best practices, agency, and security policies. This position may be required to work outside regular business hours. A highly motivated information technology technician responsible for being the first contact for tier 3 mobility support. This individual will help ascertain the nature of the call, determine root cause, issue resolution, and escalate to the appropriate work group, when necessary. Responsibilities: + Provide daily administrative support for MDM + Serve as first point of contact for Tier 3 mobility support, ensuring escalations are being handled and closed in a timely manner + Maintain consistent communication with end users regarding service requests + Utilize ticketing system (ServiceNow) for root cause analysis and issue resolution + Manage users, apps, and basic enterprise level MDM configuration profiles and troubleshooting + Create and update documentation covering technical process, how-to guides, escalation guides, etc., as well as update end-user facing website on SharePoint + Perform other duties as assigned Required Education, Experience, & Skills + Pubic Trust / High Risk Clearance + 5 years of experience in wireless telecommunications + Must have 2 years experience supporting MDM managed devices, preferably with Intune and Apple Business Manager + ITIL v4 certification + Bachelor s degree or Associates degree with relevant work experience + Must have experience with troubleshooting mobile device issues such as FEMA access, user interface problems, and enrollments in Mobile Device Management (MDM) + Excellent client interaction and communication, both verbal and written, organization, and collaboration skills + Knowledge and experience working with MDM software (Intune and Apple Business Manager preferred) to manage mobile devices + Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot a variety of symptoms, diagnose problems, and perform testing to recommend solutions + Capable of handling customer critical issues and working in difficult, time sensitive situations + Customer focused mindset appropriate to training, troubleshooting, and working with end users + Ability to receive high-level direction and determine how to implement tasks to best accomplish goals + Possess initiative to take effective action, anticipate needs, and perform in accordance with resources provided + Perform all responsibilities with integrity and be self-motivated + Must be willing to work outside normal business hours + Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills + Public Trust / High Risk Clearance + Experience with ServiceNow workflow for ticket management Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $79365 - $134921 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
