Location: Pompano Beach, FLPay Rate: $15.00 per hourSchedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/weekImmediate Openings - 7 Positions Available Sanitation Warehouse Associate - Immediate Start We are urgently hiring 7 Sanitation Associates to join our team in Pompano Beach. This is a full-time opportunity offering stable hours and long-term potential for the right candidates. Schedule 5 days a week (must be available any day of the week) Standard shifts include: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM Weekend shifts may be required, including Sundays 40-hour work week Job Responsibilities Sanitation Associates will perform routine general sanitation work inside a refrigerated warehouse environment. Duties include: Sweeping, mopping, dusting, wiping down surfaces Emptying trash bins and transporting waste to compactors Replacing liners and picking up loose debris (wood chips, food, etc.) Cleaning up spills Assisting other team members as needed Maintaining a clean and organized facility and grounds Experience operating a pallet jack or floor scrubber is helpful but not required. Training will be provided for those interested in learning. Working Environment Cold-temperature warehouse Some areas may be wet; rain gear is provided Full shift requires standing Dress warmly as needed Warehouse Rules No electronic devices (phones, earbuds, headphones) allowed on the warehouse floor No eating outside designated break areas No smoking inside the building (designated outdoor areas only) Requirements 0-3 years of experience in sanitation, custodial work, or general labor Ability to perform physical tasks for the entire shift Safety boots (composite or steel toe) required Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to follow warehouse guidelines #3369FL
