Senior Java FSE Developer About the role As a Full Stack Developer , you will make an impact by designing, developing, and delivering highu2011quality applications across frontu2011end, backu2011end, and integration layers. You will be a valued member of the Digital Engineering team and collaborate closely with product owners, architects, QA, and DevOps teams to build scalable, modern, and highu2011performing solutions. _Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future_ In this role, you will: + Develop responsive and accessible user interfaces using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks. + Build and enhance backend components using Java, J2EE, XML, RESTful services, and related technologies. + Create, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and relational database integrations. + Perform unit, functional, and automated testing to ensure product quality and reliability. + Participate in code reviews, debugging, defect resolution, and performance tuning. + Collaborate with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities. What you must have to be considered + Handsu2011on experience with Java, JavaScript, React, Python, and Node.js . + Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JSP, and Java Servlets . + Experience with JavaScript frameworks including jQuery, AngularJS, and Bootstrap. + Solid understanding of XML, JSON, and RESTful service development . + Experience working across both frontu2011end and backu2011end technologies in fullu2011stack environments. + Ability to work in an agile, fastu2011paced development environment with crossu2011functional teams. The annual salary for this position is between $70,000 - $100,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizantu2019s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizantu2019s applicable plans.
