Job Responsibilities + Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed. + Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members. + May assist with operational support functions (i.e. Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.) + Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations.
