Salary Range: $20.00 To $24.00 Hourly The Marketing Coordinator role plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day marketing initiatives across digital marketing, graphic design and traditional marketing. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can coordinate projects, assist with content creation, manage vendor relationships, and help ensure timely execution of marketing programs that promote Comfort. Skills & Qualifications: u2022 2 years of experience in marketing, home services experience a plus u2022 Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Advertising or a related field u2022 Display a high level of professionalism u2022 Knowledge of working with a CRM a plus u2022 Strong written, verbal communication and digital communication skills u2022 Excellent interpersonal skills for representing organizations during on premise and off premise events u2022 Project management experience and time-management skills a must for juggling numerous time-sensitive projects u2022 Familiarity with various marketing platforms and channels, including social media, print campaigns, traditional media, digital marketing and email promotions u2022 Experience in graphic design using InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop u2022 Experience working with traditional media vendors u2022 Strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing metrics effectively u2022 High degree of creativity and innovation to develop unique, effective marketing messaging that stays on brand u2022 Experience with computer software programs used for keyword research, graphic design, photo/video editing, database management and content creation Duties & Responsibilities: u00b7 Maintaining an inventory of marketing materials for all branches u00b7 Graphic design work as needed (print material, social posting, sell sheets, direct mail, vehicle wraps, signage etc) u00b7 Maintaining/growing email marketing databases and developing email marketing deliverables u00b7 Assist in developing various types of digital marketing deliverables such as social media ads, blog posts, contests and web pages u00b7 Conducting research to analyze competitive landscape through social media, traditional media, and collecting information from competitors u00b7 Help maintaining and design event booth displays u00b7 Managing and coordinating tasks outsourced to external vendors for traditional and digital marketing u00b7 Other duties as necessary Additional Special Duties: u00b7 Assist with setting up event booth space for various home shows and fairs in Syracuse u00b7 Assist with finding new events/generating projections for off-premise events in all markets u00b7 Researching and securing community involvement sponsorships in all markets u00b7 Reconciling all monthly traditional media invoices u00b7 Assist with recruiting marketing by working booths at events/helping to build company culture on social media Comfort Windows is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
