Description We are looking for a results-driven Senior Financial Analyst or FP& A Manager to join our team in Northern Austin Texas. This role is pivotal in driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: u2022 Lead the development and execution of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans across all business units. u2022 Conduct in-depth analyses of actual financial results versus budgets and forecasts to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. u2022 Create and maintain comprehensive financial models to support scenario planning, capital investments, and strategic initiatives. u2022 Collaborate with leaders from various departments, such as Sales, Operations, and HR, to ensure alignment between financial goals and organizational strategies. u2022 Oversee cash flow projections, working capital management, and operational expense tracking to ensure financial stability. u2022 Prepare and deliver detailed financial performance dashboards and reporting packages to executive leadership. u2022 Analyze cost structures and resource allocation to identify opportunities for improved profitability and efficiency. u2022 Support the enhancement of financial systems and tools to streamline forecasting and reporting processes. u2022 Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve business performance. u2022 Mentor and guide analysts who are early in their careers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the finance team. Requirements u2022 Extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with a proven track record of success. u2022 Proficiency in business systems such as Confluence, CRM platforms, and Crystal Reports. u2022 Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing practices, and budget management. u2022 Advanced skills in data mining techniques and financial modeling to support strategic decision-making. u2022 Familiarity with capital management and operational expense monitoring. u2022 Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. u2022 Ability to develop and track KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives. u2022 Experience mentoring less experienced team members and contributing to a high-performing team environment.
