At TP, the sky is the limit!Oversee vendors & contractors to maintain buildings, grounds, & operationsMove furniture and equipment as neededInspect buildings and grounds daily to identify safety issues, repair issues, & maintenance neededPerform light maintenance as needed - e.g., change light bulbs, minor plumbing repairs, etc.Coordinates maintenance activities with Regional Facility Managers (RFMs) and local contractorsResponsible for maintaining site environmental, health, & safety (EHS) regulations complianceResponsible for maintaining fire & life safety systems complianceResponsible for compliance with company security policies (site physical security & IT cybersecurity)Site business administration duties include submitting vendor and contractor invoices for paymentMaintain good working relationships with site leadershipGuaranteed minimum 40 hours per weekOn call position. Availability for emergenciesGood communication skills - able to articulate events happening at the site clearly and concisely. Must be able to effectively communicate with vendors, site admin, and leadership.Basic business acumen - able to present information and data in Excel/Office tools for business cases on expenditures, project requests, and site portfolio.Proficiency with computers & Microsoft Office applications as this role requires communication and reporting via emails, messaging applications, work order ticketing systems.Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructionsBasic understanding of engineered building systems - HVAC, CRAC units, electrical distribution systems, standby diesel generator systems, UPS systems, fire alarm systems, fire sprinkler systems, security alarms.
