West Bend company looking for MIG, OEM Welders, and/or Robotic Welders! Looking for experience in either manual welding or robotic welding. Key duties and responsibilities may include: Lift work pieces manually or using hoist and secure work piece in fixture or loads automatic feeding device Calculate as set controls to regulate machine factors, such as wire feed speed, amperage, polarity, type of gas, and type of weld rod Start machines, engage feed, and observe operation Inspect and measure machined work pieces to verify conformance to specifications Move machine controls and guides to adjust machine Unload welded frames from robotic welder and place on appropriate containers Clamp, hold, tack-weld, heat-bend, grind, or bolt component parts to obtain required configurations and positions for welding Other duties as needed / assigned Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent education FANUC Robotic Certification preferred (not required!) Certificate or degree in welding preferred (not required!) 1 year or more of welding experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Ability to read and interpret documents like blueprints, welding symbols, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals Job Specifications: Pay Range: $18-28/hour DOE Shift(s): 2nd and 3rd Hours: Mon-Fri 2pm-10pm or Sun-Thurs 10pm-6am Why work with Express: Weekly pay and competitive wages!
